Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, our bath and beauty products are subject to a strict return policy.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product is defective

Return Request Timeline

  • Must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customers must provide unboxing video or photo proof

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

Replacement

If eligible, we may provide a replacement instead of refund.
